    Hello,

    I’m having problem with Matomo Report page. The page seems as if the CSS/JS is not loading correctly. See this screenshot. I’ve tried many things but nothing worked so far:

    1. Cleared browser cache.
    2. Disabled AdBlocker extension.
    3. Tried multiple browsers (Chrome/Edge/Firefox).
    4. Disabled all other plugins to see if the stylesheets are conflicting with each other.
    5. Switched to the default WordPress theme.

    Between each of the above steps, I cleared cache on the browser.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi @mohammedkadhim, if you open http://yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/index.php?module=Proxy&action=getCss does it load properly? (Try opening in a normal browser window and incognito/private window please.)

    Btw, the link to your screenshot isn’t working for me, I see an “Access Denied” page.

    With regard to the link you provided, navigating to that link shows nothing but a content of a CSS file as shown in this image.

    That’s what it should display. This means nothing is blocking the CSS from loading. And from the new screenshot I can see that it does load properly.

    It definitely looks like there’s a conflict in the stylesheets. On that page, there shouldn’t be any CSS that loads from a theme or another plugin. I know you already tried deactivating other plugins, but the only way the styling can be a little off like this is if there’s some other CSS that’s interfering with Matomo’s styling. Would you be able to use the browser developer tools to see if there are any other stylesheets present? If not, would you be willing to provide me with temporary access to check myself? (If yes, please email dizzy (at) innocraft (dot) com.)
