I have the same prob, the captcha appears above the text area and below the url field.
also there is a HTML validation error in the code.
Error: Attribute length not allowed on element input at this point.
Other wise, its a great plugin.

Is there a way to move the Comment Captcha to below the actual textbox, maybe above the actual submit button? I’d prefer it not being at the top of the form.
