Reposition tooltip every load

Hi!

I have an issue with simple tooltips, when i once had loaded (viewed it) a tooltip, and then loaded other content on the page that makes the page higher (vertically). The tooltip then gets offset by the amount of pixels new vertically loaded content.

Is there some way to recalulate tooltip position upon every mouseenter (mouseover)?
