Price list / table form solution

Hello!

I am asking for a recommendation, please, for a price list/table plugin.

I need a plugin that would allow me to quickly make a list of 500+ product names, with a separate price field. This is on back-end.

On front-end, a user would go through that list and enter a quantity next to a product that needs to be ordered. Then user would hit “Submit” and that list would be emailed.

So far, I have tried Gravity Forms. Technically it allows to do all that, BUT dragging and dropping a product field one-by-one for 500+ items is insane. And even if I do enter all that data, managing such a list would be tedious as well. Gravity Forms is just not designed for this particular task.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated, even solutions outside of the WordPress ecosystem!
