I have tried reproducing the issue but did not have any problem creating multiple links off a pair of YouTube videos: https://imgur.com/a/1yVsDcE
It is possible you’re trying to add two links for the exact same YouTube video? If the link you want to add is EXACTLY the same as an existing link, it’ll prevent you from doing this, but as soon as there’s a difference in the links, it should let you add them.

The 2 url above, did you use the booklet or New url?
If I add the Admin and the Frontpage of a Worpress site I get the “Existing link found with target URL in Link Library. Showing existing link to edit.”
One link is my_domain.com and the other is my_domain.com/admin
Both should be added by the booklet as they are differnt.
Interesting. Still not getting this message when I try this. That being said, I do see why this might happen to you. Could you try to replace the contents of the file link-library-admin.php from the Link Library plugin with the following contents and try this again?
