Request: category slug

    Please consider to make the slug of event category name editable.

    Category names are used as a part of class names. If I use multi-byte characters for category name (ex. 休日 = “Holiday” in Japanese), these multi-byte characters are URL-encoded and the class name will be “mcat_%E4%BC%91%E6%97%A5”. But such class name is not valid and category colors do not work.

    I hope I can edit both name (label) and slug for the event categories in the same manner as the standard post categories.

    Thanks for the request; I’ll certainly give it consideration. It won’t be quick, as there is no ‘slug’ right now for event categories, but it is certainly a worthwhile feature to add.
