Request: Disable Option For Old Posts

If possible, it’d be nice if there were a disable option for old posts, i.e. make it so the plugin only functions for new posts. I use another plugin called Broken Link Checker and when I fix a link it considers the post updated and thus Twitter Auto Publish submits it back to Twitter, which is annoying IMO and means I either have to disable the plugin before fixing broken links or delete the tweets and the like after the fact. It’s also potentially confusing to followers because it sends out new tweets on old posts. So if you could add the option to allow the user to disable the auto post function for old posts, that’d be awesome. Thanks!
