Request Entity Too Large

    I am trying to post a long (about 12 A4 pages long) text-only article in Russian language (the encoding probably makes it even longer), and when I hit “Publish”, I get:

    Request Entity Too Large

    The requested resource
    /wp-admin/post.php
    does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

    In PHP, post max size is 64MB.

    Could this be WordPress related?
