• I switched over all my clients to your plugin, because it’s so much better and easier to setup than the one I used before. I love the ‘Failure Notifications’ option, but unfortunately I don’t use any of the three provided options.

Could you please make it possible to send a failure notification by email by using the Fallback Connection or a third/another email provider?

Also, being able to send a notification with SMS/Signal/WhatsApp would be useful. Or, if you add an option to connect to zapier.com or ifttt.com, users can get the failure notification anywhere they want.

    Thanks
    JP

    Hello @jpnl,

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestions and highlight what you love about our plugin.

We understand your need for more flexible failure notification channels, especially email via the Fallback Connection or a third-party provider, as well as options like SMS/Signal/WhatsApp, or integrations with Zapier/IFTTT.

As it stands, FluentSMTP doesn’t natively support these specific notification channels. However, your input is extremely valuable to us! We’ve logged your request as a feature request and our R&D team will carefully review it, considering its potential benefits and feasibility. They will be looking into the possibility of implementing these features in future releases.

Thank you again for your continued support and for helping us shape the future of FluentSMTP. If you have any other suggestions or questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
