"Request Feedback" feature

    I just did a wordpress.com migration to a self-hosted install, and the client is requesting the Request Feedback feature that is available on WordPress.com. It basically allows the author of a post to request feedback on a draft, and I think dialog is logged on the post draft page.

    Is there any self-hosted solution for this feature?
