    We have a request

As we are creating a site of service providers along with different services as products, So we want to change all Label “Product” to Service

Also, we are using WCFM for Service provider listing.

But we are not getting Woocommerce Single product page display…
We are using WCFM, Woocommerce with Astra theme…. We have tried all the permutations and combinations to find out why it is happening then finally we got that the WCFM Multivendor Marketplace plugin is causing the same…
Then we asked for their support, and finally, we got the below-mentioned comment from them…

Thanks for sending those over. Does this happen when only WooCommerce is active along with a default theme like Twenty Twenty?
If it does still happen with only those active, could I get you to open up a ticket about this? Log into your WooCommerce.com account and select Stripe as the product.
    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
    Thanks!

So, we tried the same and found that It is not happening when only Woocommerce and Twenty Twenty theme or Astra theme is active
But, it is happening when Woocommerce, Twenty Twenty theme, and WCFM Marketplace plugin is active… Even it is happening with Woocommerce, Theme Astra and WCFM Marketplace plugin is active… Can you please sort it out

    Thanks & Regards

  • Hi @sumoneindia

The forum here relates to core WooCommerce software. For any questions specific to Astra theme or WCFM multivendor, I request you to create questions on their respective plugin / theme forums and contact their respective developers.

The changes you have requested – Changing Products to Services at various instances can be done by overriding what is hard-coded within WooCommerce.

I can share a tip here, that may help you. It is possible to edit strings of WooCommerce or any other plugin for that matter, using a translation plugin like Locotranslate. Eventhough you are not translating the language of your website, the plugin helps you edit strings of the existing language on the site – English.

This is outside of our scope of support, however I am happy to share this tip described in the article here
    https://justabill.blog/how-to-change-woocommerce-text-using-loco-translate/

The other way to override this is to engage a developer to add snippets and override the strings. We have a few options here if you wish to consider hiring developers –WooCommerce Customizations Page
