    My name is ali, and I am a customer of Ninja Firewall , I am facing an issue with the error message “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds,” which is preventing me from establishing a connection and generating a license.

    How can I make Ninja Firewall not cause problems for cURL?

    I kindly request your assistance in resolving this server limitation issue. Please guide me on how to overcome the server limitation and establish a successful connection.

    If you are using the premium version of NinjaFirewall, please log in to your account at https://secure.nintechnet.com/login/?nf
    Then, go to “Support > Contact” and send your message there. Someone will help you to debug the problem.

    There’s no license to generate in the free version. Can you post a screenshot of the page where that error occurs?

    In fact, I use another plugin to create licenses for my courses that I sell through WooCommerce, and when Ninja Firewall is active, the plugin that creates licenses for courses gives this error.
    Unfortunately, it was not possible to upload the image, but this error is given in the note section of WooCommerce

    I understand now. Try again and, as soon as you see the error, go to “NinjaFirewall > Logs” and check the last few lines of the log to see if there’s any blocked requests. Then, paste them here so that I can review them.
