Request for Guidance on Using ajax-handler in wp-config.php

I am experiencing an issue when trying to call the ajax handler in wp-config.php.
After adding the line: define( ‘ADVANCED_ADS_TRACKING_LEGACY_AJAX’, true );

my website returns an HTTP ERROR 500.

Please advise me on this matter, because I cannot use the external ajax handler file outside of wp-config.php, as it was removed by the server firewall.
