Yes I agree 100%, that piece is fundamental.

Why do you need it if there is DIV?
Big problem with paragraph that it has additional unexpected margins in themes and editor. So, it’s very common problem when you see different margins in editor and frontend. DIV tag has no such problem and it’s totally equal in term of SEO or visibility

But what about correct HTML semantics if a DIV element is used in place of a PARAGRAPH tag?

You can’t place Advanced heading inside paragraph, because when you do this, WordPress will convert paragraph block to Advanced heading block.
And it’s opposite. When you enable paragraph inside Advanced heading, then, divs will be placed inside paragraph if you use animated heading, header elements, etc
Anyway, I will add in update if people ask, it’s not hard to add
Something as basic as the paragraph should be in the basics of a page builder. In fact last week when I bought Greenshift, I instantly missed a more advanced paragraph. “I didn’t know about DIV”
so I had to install Munir Kamal’s Editor Plus, which gives me more possibilities than the default one in Gutenberg.

This will be added in update
Hi @wpsoul, maybe you misunderstood the suggestion of both @romlim and @mariojazz. They are Not asking for adding the <p> tag to the “Advanced Heading” block, they were asking for adding a completely Separate/Independent “Paragraph Block”.
Additionally in the last update 3.0, the “Advanced Heading” and also the “Heading with circle Number” Blocks are showing this error message when I try to use them –> “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”
