Request for quote button does not appear

I now only have elementor – Woocommerce – get a quote button for woocommerce – and contact form 7 plugins The rest are deactivated.

I can see the quote button if looking at the site from the wordpress site builder. It does not show on other devices or if opening a private window

Its not a cache issue as i have cleared it constantly

Any ideas why this is happening ?
