I’m writing here to express my concerns about the support for the BerqWP plugin. It has been over a week since I submitted multiple support requests via email, followed by several follow-ups, but I haven’t received any response.First and foremost, I want to say that BerqWP is an excellent tool with great potential. The features it offers are incredibly useful, and I genuinely appreciate the thought that has gone into developing it. However, as a professional working on third-party client projects, reliable and timely support is absolutely essential.
While I don’t expect instant replies, going more than a week without any feedback is quite disappointing. This delay hinders the resolution of issues that directly affect my clients’ websites, and it’s a significant challenge when trying to provide a seamless experience to my clients.
I’m not here to criticize but to emphasize how crucial good support is to maximize the potential of this tool. Without proper assistance, even the best plugin becomes difficult to use effectively. I really hope this is just an isolated incident, and I’m eager to continue using BerqWP as part of my toolkit—provided the support improves.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the BerqWP team could address this situation and help resolve the issues I’ve raised.
