Dear support team, The update from v4 to v5 worked for me without any problems. Great work from your side. However, I currently see that the images from newly imported feed items are being saved in my wp-environment. Unfortunately, I can’t turn this off because the Images tab is blocked for feeds in the free version. In the free version, the images make no sense at all, as there is no possibility to show them. I would therefore be happy if you could implement a general switch in an update that turns off the image import. Thank you!

    Hi @kleinerpirat

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with the update! It’s great to hear the migration from v4 to v5 went smoothly for you.

To better understand the issue with the images being saved, could you please share:

    1. The RSS feed URL you’re importing from.
    2. A screenshot of your current image settings in Aggregator.

This will help us take a closer look and better understand the issue.

Hi Thank you for your reply.

The image issue seems only to appear with Feeds I’ve added after Mirgration to v5. Example RSS: https://www.inweinwetrust.de/feed/

Example Feed Item: https://www.inweinwetrust.de/2025/08/11/besuch-der-rotkaeppchen-erlebniswelt/ RSS Aggregator imported all Images of the Item that are shown in the preview in my media library. In the Image Options of the source I cant change anything. No Checkbox is checked.

    Hi @kleinerpirat

Thanks again for the detailed follow-up and for sharing the example feed and screenshot, it’s been very helpful!

We’ve managed to reproduce the issue on our end.

I’ve passed this along to our development team, and we’re now working on a fix. This will be included in one of our upcoming updates.

We really appreciate your feedback and patience while we work on resolving this.
