Request help Saving form information in bbpress.

    I want to create a form and save the information collected inside a bbpress forum. This way information is in a thread and can be searched later. How can I do this and which form plug in should I use or can be recommended? I would really appreciate the help. In using version 4.4.2 and the magazine theme from MH Themes.
