[REQUEST] Multisite compatibility | rules at network level

    Hello,

    I use Perfmatters or Asset CleanUp Pro to conditionally load/unload plugins but no plugin can apply loading rules at network level in a multisite network, so that every subsite has to be configured manually, i would love to do setting only once at network level and rules automatically apply to all subsites.

    I hope you can develop multisite compatibility right from the beginning and i think this could be the first plugin can do that until now.
