If you’re seeing the form you didn’t get there through the email I’m guessing. The link in the email is IP and session locked to be the same as the IP and browser session you requested from. The form should not show and instead shows you the data. If no data is available it’ll clearly show you that.
Can you please update the plugin if you haven’t already and try again?

If there is no data we show a message saying there is no data to be displayed. The page itself shouldn’t be blank or something similar.

Hello, I use the latest version, when I click the link in the email, I am redirected to the page with the form, there is no data or message just the form.

Make sure you click on the correct link. You should click on the ‘page‘ link in the mail, not the link at the bottom of the mail.

Just one thing I notice, I don’t use WooCommerce on my site, but there is “WooCommerce Orders”, maybe you should add this only if WooCommerce is activated on the site?
