It would be great when selecting a time i could select it to the minute or at least allow for more granular selection not just every hour..

Is this an easy customization or something you can roll out in the next version?

I fine WP-Crontrol is an excellent way of controlling cron tasks. It delivers exactly what you are looking for and avoids making the Subscribe2 interface overly complex.

Yes i stumbled on a post from 3 years ago and the plugin was referenced.

I now use it to force the cron to run.
