2. Do you mean to change how the ticket details is shown in the front end or in the back end? If it is in the back end, you can change it by going to the screen options in the upper right section of the screen and change what you need to display

3. Do you mean with this agent signatures? The productivity add-on allows you to add unlimited signatures. You can read more in the following link:
