Request Transport feature disappeared

Hi,

I am dealing with a site which allows logged-in users to book an event. They previously had the option of booking transport, however this option appears to have disappeared. Please could you advise if this is due to an update, setting or something which I could fix (and if so might you be able to suggest how).
