Perfect for capacity/staffed based bookings and events

    Very nice plugin, but not a match for our business (to easy for customers to book and pay for timeslots on to-be-planned workshops 😀 ). We are starting up and have different requirements.

    But I can imagine that this plugin is perfect for capacity based bookings and events with staff as it offeres several options. Plugin also looks very nice for customers and is easy to use.

    Sorry to know that you are not happy with our response, however, there could be multiple reasons like

    – There could be a timezone difference.
    – There can be a weekend in our country when you have contacted.
    – Also, it may not be possible to reply immediately.

    But, please be assured if you applied for a refund within the acceptable limit which seems in this case as per your message then you surely should get it.
