Require Admin Review does not work

    Setting to auto approve works great, when set to ‘Require Admin Review’ it does not work, it automatically accepts and gives access to the site. I am using version 2.0.54

    Looks like the plugin “W3 Total Cache” was the culprit. I turned it off and bam! It’s working now…
