    I was looking to use this plugin for a shared kitchen website. Does this plugin support a feature to require that when booking, a user has to be logged in or have an account? Or would I have to make the page require login and embed the calendar within that password protected page?

    Hello.
    You can insert the booking form into the post or page, where visitors of your website can submit the booking.

    In case, if you need to restrict access to this booking form, so then you can set that page as password protected page (its standard functionality of WordPress), so in this case, only visitors who know the password can access to this page and then submit the booking.

    For checking, approving or declining bookings, you need to login into your WordPress admin panel and then open Booking menu page.
