it does not seem to be working when I select the •required field

I can can proceed to add a woocommerce product to the basket even if I do not complete the •required field

the 2 fields (select and text fields) named
“Orientamento del monitor/tv”
“Orari di accensione e spegnimento del monitor/tv”
Are both required and the * is shoed but then if I don’t fill/select them, there is no alert telling me to fill these fields..
