Required attribute missing

Hey, great plugin!

I’m noticing that, while aria-required="true" exists in all the required fields, the HTML5 required attribute appears to be missing. Is that a bug?

Also, I found that sometimes a required input has aria-required="true" twice:

<input aria-required='true' name='input_1' id='input_2_1' type='text' value='' class='medium'     aria-required="true" aria-invalid="false" />

Also, I saw that there was a github repo linked in previous support thread, but that repo is now 404ing. Has it been moved?
