Required cc and bcc fields

Hello,

I have used this plugin for a number of websites but one started giving me issues. Every time a form is submitted on my site I am given this error message, and the form is never delivered:

Number of elements in “$ccEmails” can not be less than 1.

or

Number of elements in “$bccEmails” can not be less than 1.

I have tried adding an email to the cc and bcc fields and I continue to get this error. I had gone through the entire setup wizard again, confirming my api keys are correct and have gone through all the plugin settings. Not sure where to go from here.
