Required fields for Facebook Shop missing

Initially 1 star : Spent an age trying to get this to sync to my Facebook Shop only to hit a brick wall. FB requires GTIN or Brand in order to work – which isn’t included unless you buy the paid version. Annoying to waste time – just add a simple line so users know they can’t test this with FB before buying (even if you limit the number of items exported at least we could see if / how it works)

UPDATE to 4 stars. Following the advice offered below i have amended my rating. I still can’t get the mapping to work exactly as facebook requires and i have had to use facebooks own mapping to enable correct alignment of incoming data BUT for now it does what I need and in time i will explore more. The reason I increased the rating was for the exemplary customer service / help offered below. Thank you
