Our plugin doesn’t require photos to be uploaded, you would need to contact the developer of that other plugin in order to disable it conditionally.

Yes i know your plugin doesnt require that. Here’s the process: Add to cart > cart > checkout. The required fields are the basics like Name, Email that you would fill out. But there is a required field that I have on the site that requires you to upload a photo. Is there a way to just go straight to a different page without this needed to checkout?
Requiring a customer to upload a photo isn’t part of the core WooCommerce system. Can you let me know how you are requiring this action from the user? That might help point us in the direction of a solution.

Apologies. I’m actually using the Checkout Files Upload for Woocommerce plugin that will allow you to add in a field where a photo can be uploaded.

You will need to contact the developers of the Checkout Files Upload plugin for help with not requiring an upload based on the contents of the cart.
