Thank you for the topic.
In the Free version, you can just Disable the Next button from the particular Quiz settings tab. It will make required Radio type questions.
Besides that, there is an option called Make the questions required via which you can disable the user to pass on to the next question without choosing an answer for the current one.
Please note that the option is available only in the Premium version.
