From time to time I have to reinstall the whole site to get it corrected. The above error comes back. I have removed all recaptcha reference. It seems reCptcha causes the issue. Tkx for your feedback.

I am not trying to hijack anybody. Just going to the point.
If you are the author of contact form 7, I can tell your answer is inadequate.
I take the decision to not use contact form7 anymore. Too much issue with recaptcha.

Try switching theme to the default (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Seventeen) and deactivating all the plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, WooCommerce, and Yoast SEO.
