    Hi,

    required steps not showing, its enabled in the screen options. The options I have are:

    Achievement Data
    Points Awarded
    Points awarded for earning this achievement (optional). Leave empty if no points are awarded.

    Earned By:
    How this achievement can be earned.
    Completing Steps
    Yes, display a list of users who have earned this achievement.
    Show Earners
    Congratulations Text
    Displayed after achievement is earned. If sending to Credly, a great place for a testimonial for those who complete this achievement.

    Maximum Earnings
    Number of times a user can earn this badge (set to 0 for no maximum).

    Hidden?
    Show to User

    Badge Sharing Options
    This setting makes the earned badge for this achievement sharable via Credly on social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Mozilla Backpack, or the badge earner’s own blog or site. (Configure global settings for Credly integration. )
    Send to Credly when earned

    So the metabox as a whole isn’t appearing? Or just parts of the metabox?

    Hrm. I don’t have any immediate ideas as to what’s happening here, to be honest. Something I’d sort of need to see first hand and be able to debug first hand. Are you willing to let me in to the admin area and see things for myself?

    So I’ve managed to get it to show up by clicking the Screen Options tab at the top and then toggling the “Required Steps” checkbox off and then on again. Sometimes that trick actually works 😀

    However, you should be having to do that. That said, it looks like our metaboxes are being affected by something and I’m not sure what. I am not about to start disabling plugins and whatnot without permission, but something seems to be conflicting overall. Here’s a screenshot from my dev site that has BadgeOS installed and this is how I’d expect it to appear https://cloudup.com/cGKEuz2Jm9j

    If at all possible, see about disabling plugins until it starts looking like the screenshot, and we probably have our culprit here.

    yeah it does show when you disable it but when you publish it turns back. I will look at the weekend and look through he plugins to disable.
