    Hi,

The plugin is working fine except for the required validation. I need users to submit photos as a requirement. It’s all set up correctly but users can still submit without adding photos.

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Hi @liondog ,

Did you add * after the tag mfile tag?

    Example: [mfile* upload-file-123]

    Hi Yes I have:

    [mfile* upload-file-632 limit:100000000 max-file:20]

Also, files have stopped attaching to the email since the recent update.

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Thanks for providing the screenshots.

I think it’s because the ‘Drag n Drop upload’ is inside the Multi Step Add-on for cf7.

We’ll find a way to make this plugin to work with Multi Step.

I will give an update once I have the solution.

What about the file attachment issue? I see someone else is recently having the same issue?

    Plugin Author Glen Don Mongaya

    (@glenwpcoder)

Yeah, but it’s related to attachment links.

Can you please provide a screenshot of Contacts->Drag n Drop Settings.

I’m sorry if I keep asking for screenshots this would help me to figure out and identify the issue.

No problem Glen. I appreciate your help, I’ve added two screesnhots. The attachment issue only seems to have happened since I updated the plugin

    Thank You.

I see that you checked “send file(s) as links?” option, meaning you want to display links in email instead of attaching them.

You also need to [upload-file-632] inside message body ( see this : https://snipboard.io/zAy3XC.jpg )

Sorry Glen, didn’t scroll down. It is already in the body copy:

And I’ve amended “send file(s) as links?” option and now nothing is coming through (even as a link)

I’ve turned the file links on for now to make sure we get something if someone uses the form (they get a lot enquiries). I’ll turn it off for now so you can see

Thanks @liondog , I will continue and investigate the issue.

I think the issue not compatible with Multi Step Add on.

For now just use Send file(s) as link option while I’m debugging.

In case I cannot fix the problem will send a refund.
