• For Flexible Coupons, I would then recommend to share the raw logs I sent you with the plugin teams and ask them to search for the word “requirement” in there, it appeared more than 80 times in just today’s logs, that means it was detected to process the requests that often and took more than 100 seconds as we were only analyzing requests that took more than 100 seconds to process. The plugin team should work on optimizing it or finding the root cause of that.

    Hi, @jvandenbroek88

Thanks for the detailed information and for sharing your observations from the logs — that’s very helpful.

To better investigate this on our side, could you please provide the following details about your environment?

    • WordPress version
    • WooCommerce version
    • PHP version
    • Flexible PDF Coupons – Gift Cards & Vouchers for WooCommerce plugin version

With this information, we’ll be able to take a closer look and help determine the root cause of the issue.

    Thanks in advance!

Will the same problem occur if you update both WordPress and WooCommerce to their latest versions?
