    have installed this plugin and it is unusable – they push a popup which requires for name, email registration in order to make use of it. while the message says it is recommended to register these details with them (making you understand that is not mandatory) – the popup can not be closed and the plugin can not be used until registration is done.

    To make it even WORST – when you go to plugins to uninstall this, again a pop up requiring details from you. Had to go on server to delete this plugin.

    We are very sad to see this review.

    Please note that even though the popup appears, it’s not mandatory to fill it in. So, it’s not the standard behavior of the plugin.
    This means that you faced an issue which is unknown to us. We are sorry for that too.

    Now, we would very much like to understand the cause of this and have it fixed as soon as possible.

    We assume there may have been a JS error because of which it wasn’t possible to close the popup.

    So, our request to you is to try installing the plugin once again and when you see the same popup without the possibility to skip, please, send a screenshot from the Console Section of the browser Developer Tools.

    We do hope we can have the issue you encountered fixed and you may be able to reconsider the review for the future.
