Resend email error

    When I go to Expired Auctions and try to resend the email, I get an error (a javascript popup) that says “Sorry, the email could not sent.”

    I am getting bid and win emails from my test auction items though (some users have said they aren’t getting the emails though). I’m using the build in WordPress email.

    Do I need to configure something else for the Resend function?

    Hello,

    Email resend is Pro plugin feature. If you are using pro plugin, you need to set cronjob url for send email. For resend payment reminder email, you need to set specific payment reminder cronjob. Please review document for set cronjob url on hosting panel.

    Hi @nicka55 ,

    Could you please confirm which plugin are you using? Is it the same where you have posted the question or is it a different plugin that you are using? We think it is our non-woocommerce auction plugin and if it so then you might be getting error as your paypal address might not be correct.
