Hello,
You can configure the payment receipt and New Sale Notification under your dashboard > Restaurant Menu > Settings > Emails > Purchase Receipt / New Sale Notification.
However, there is no such possibility to resend them within the plugin functionality. It can be done only manually.
The would be a feature request. 🙂 If there is an issue of some sort that prevents it being sent or received there is no way to get another copy.

Thank you for your feedback. As a workaround, you may try to change the status of the Order to the Pending and then again to Confirmed to re-send the notification.
