It would be so helpful to have a box pop up when the “Resend” button is clicked with an email field available to have the option of resending the email to a different email address.

    For example:
    – A customer typed in the wrong email address and I want to quickly resend the email to the correct address
    – A client wants to review what an email looked like that was sent to a customer
    – I want to send myself a copy of an email that has already been sent to someone else

This is probably the one feature from other SMTP plugins that I miss most after switching to FluentSMTP

    Hello @robertstaddon,

Thank you so much for reaching out and for providing such detailed and thoughtful feedback on FluentSMTP! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your insights with us.

You’ve highlighted a truly useful capability, and we absolutely understand how impactful having a “Resend to Different Email Address” option would be. The scenarios you described – correcting a mistaken recipient, allowing a client to review a sent email, or sending a copy to yourself for record-keeping – are excellent examples of where this functionality would significantly enhance your workflow and user experience. It’s clear why you’d miss this feature, especially coming from other SMTP solutions.

At present, FluentSMTP doesn’t offer this specific functionality directly within its interface. However, your input is incredibly valuable to us, and we are genuinely grateful for you bringing this to our attention.

We’ve meticulously logged your suggestion as a feature request. Our dedicated R&D team will carefully review it, assessing its potential benefits, technical feasibility, and how it aligns with our product roadmap and quality standards. If it is deemed viable and aligns with our vision for FluentSMTP, it will be forwarded to our development team for deeper evaluation and could potentially be considered for inclusion in future releases.

Thank you once again for your continued support and for helping us improve!
