Reservation Bug?

Hi all.
The system is working fine, SMS going out etc but we may have a bug.
If we use the back-end using the Add New Appointment screen to block out appointment slots we want to reserve, if we select the option “reservation” the slots are blocked out as expected but soon after (no specific time, minutes…) they suddenly clear from the site and the time slots are then available again.
This does not seem to happen if we choose “pending” as the option.
