Reservation interval not working

    Hi,
    (Free Version) Even though the distance between reservations is activated and the corresponding time is set to 15m, this time is not added to the booking time. Instead, the booking times are always the set session time 🙁

    could you describe how did you see this issue?

    How did you do the reservations in order to see the missing off-set?

    Hi salonbooking

    we have made the following setting in the backend
    Session average duration => 75
    Offset between reservations => active
    and the Offset duration => 15m

    According to my calculation the time span should now be 90minutes,
    but in the frontend only the 75minutes are taken 🙁
