    1. Is it possible to make a reservation for multiple continuous days, like hotel room reservation? First day will be check in and the last day will be check out.
    2. Is there a way to override holidays? Is it possible for a service to be available even on holidays?

    Hi @jinpark96 ,

    1. I’m sorry, it’s based on a specific date and time slot. You can’t select the date within the range like check-in and check-out.
    2. Yes, you can override holidays and possible to book on holidays.

    I made the service duration 1440 minutes(24 hours). Now, if customers wants 4 continuous days, they can select the 4 dates and 4 timeslots. But if that icludes a holiday, that’s a problem because that holiday is unclickable in the calendar.

    Could you tell me how to make HOLIDAY selectable on the calendar for certain service?

    Hi @jinpark96,

    Yes, you can do that! In the Service settings, you have the option to set availability for each day or a range of dates. You can choose specific dates, days, or holidays [screenshot]. Whichever works best for you.

    Service availability date range is set. But still, a holiday within the range is NOT selectable(grayed out) on the calendar. Thanks.

    Please, ensure that:

    1. Date is not assigned in the Holiday setting: SETTINGS – General – Holiday
    2. Date is not locked in the Schedule tools:  Calendar – Schedule tools

    Date is assigned as holiday in Settings. But this specific service must be available even on holidays. All the other services are not available on holidays. Date is not locked in calendar-schedule tools.

    So, should I remove all holidays in Settings, then use Calendar-Schedule tools to lock all the services on those holidays except this specific one service?

      Hi @jinpark96,

      Yes, your approach is correct based on how Webba Booking handles holidays and service availability:

      1. If a date is assigned as a holiday in Settings, by default, all services will be unavailable on that date, so the holiday setting applies globally.
      2. To make a specific service available on holidays while others are unavailable, you should:
        • Remove the holiday dates from the global Settings so holidays do not block all bookings automatically.
        • Use the Calendar Schedule Tools to manually lock all services on those dates except the one service you want available.
        • This lets you precisely control availability per service, overriding the global holiday restriction.

      Since the Date is not locked in calendar-schedule tools by default, manually locking each service except the allowed one is the way to handle exceptions on holiday dates.

      Instead of holidays being applied globally, I hope each service has options like: Not available on holidays / Available on holidays / Available only on holidays…

      Yes, each service has this option. Please go to Services > Hours, where you can assign specific dates and days, including holidays or any custom day [screenshot].
