    Hi Guys
    After moving categories and products around, the category/product count is incorrect. How can i reset the count please.
    If you follow the link above you will see that express pick and click has (33) beside it. There is in fact only 17 products in this section.

    Your assistance would be greatly appreciated

  • There’s a reset-count tool at:
    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab

    if you have a cache plugin you may need to clear its cache.

    Hi Lorro

    I have cleared all transients and and clicked recount terms but nothing changes.

    As this is a test site during the build, i do not use an cache.

    I should try temporarily deactivating all other plugins and switching to Storefront. Does that fix the problem? If so, reactivate one-by-one and check to try to identify what’s causing it.

    Given that you’ve already tried a conflict test, as well as clearing transients and recounting terms, then I’m thinking this is going to be a site cache at server level. Can you please contact your host to check with them what kind of caching they haven enabled?
