Reset form after submission

Hi,

I have a form displayed in a popup/modal, that can be used multiples during one-page view.

The form successfully sends the first submission and displays the desired response to the user.

I want to reset the form so, after the modal closes, the form resets to its original state, so when the modal opens again it can be used a second time. Right now, the submission message stays and I have no clue on how to reset the form.

I am really new into backbone and I have no clue on what to call to rest the form, any idea?
