Reset JetPack Stats

    Hello,

    I want to reset my stats to zero before launching my site, I disconnected the JetPack from my domain as the instructions said

    Now the support bot said to createthis thread What info do you need to find my data and reset it?

    My WordPress site is self hosted

    Hi there,

    Just so you know, I can’t reset stats to a specific date in the past – when I flip the switch, they reset from that point on. This is also a back and forth process, which involves the following:

    1. Disconnect Jetpack on your end and get back in touch so I can begin the next step in the process.
    2. I’ll start the process to remove your prior stats data.
    3. I’ll let you know when that is done and you can reconnect Jetpack. Once the process has completed, your stats will be completely reset.

    If you can confirm you want the stats reset, please disconnect Jetpack and let me know so I can initiate the reset process for you. It will be easier to handle and track this via a support ticket so once you disconnected the site, please contact us directly using this form.
