Reset Link is not clickable

    I recently installed UM for managing my clients. I have set up an initial email to be sent that allows them to reset their password so they can choose it themselves; moreover, I use WP Mail SMTP. The problem is that when the email arrives, the button is not clickable as if it were blocked. I have also checked DMARC, DKIM, etc., and everything seems to be okay. Is there any way to solve this problem?

    Look at the template for the “Password Reset Email”
    use the Text version of the WP Editor
    and the link should be href="{password_reset_link}"

    i just pasted the same template but the reset link doesnt work but if i send a password reset email, it takes time to arrive but the link is clickable 🙁

    Try to log outgoing emails if possible with your “WP Mail SMTP” plugin
    to verify if the link is OK or modified during transport to your inbox.

    First of all, thank you for the support, and I also wanted to commend you for your repository which I visited; I will definitely draw some resources from it even though I am still new and don’t understand many things. I installed the plugin you recommended and will now test it. However, I had already installed WP Logging and it seems that the email link remains unchanged and clickable in the preview. I will test with the new plugin and keep you updated. Thank you very much.

    I’ve tried with the new plugin, but the issue is that while the email I send has the link, when I receive it on Gmail, the link is gone 🙁

    This is an issue either for your “WP Mail SMTP” plugin or Gmail support.

    tried also on other domain but the same, no link for {password_reset_link}

    Hello @agrain

    1. Try to disable the SMTP plugins.
    2. Try to use not gmail for email.
