Hello @formtechnology, thanks for opening a support topic. If you are planning to update your site URL then you can first perform a Site Kit reset following the instructions here.
Once you have reset Site Kit, update your site URL and go through the Site Kit setup as you did previously on the old URL.

I am still having issues with the website and trying to reset it with the Site Kit.

@formtechnology If you temporarily revert your site URL to the old URL: https://formtechnologyco.com and perform a reset, you should then be able to update back to the new URL: https://www.formtechnologyco.com.
Could you try the above and let me know if this works? Please also feel free to share a recording as this will help us to see exactly what is happening.
