Reset load back to default….now i got error code 500

hi

i recently installed plugin organizer to stop all plugins loading on every page and it worked well to speed up my site.

i was messing with load order and then decided to reset load order back to default, but i got error 500 and was unable to do anything with my site.

ive since deleted plugin organizer via ftp and i can now get back into my site, but loading time is bad…….ive reinstalled plugin organizer hoping my site would load faster again but its not

any ideas….btw, i’m a novice
