Reset Messanger Count

    I had a spammer and I deleted all his messages and marked him as a spammer. Now all users have an unread message that won’t disappear. Even the admins. How can we reset the count? I also deleted the spammer from the system. It still shows an unread message.

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately Its only possible to modify counter in database.
    Also you can press mark all messages as read in your messenger inbox to reset your messages counter.

    no problem, in which table? Do you currently have a mySQL script to do this?

    wp_bm_message_recipients you can find all threads with that user and set unread counter to 0
